PURCHASING PROCESS

  • When the security systems indicate that the reservation may be fraudulent.

How can I make a reservation at Dit i Fet Restaurant? (from now on the Restaurant)

Reservations can be made in three ways:

  2. Coming in person to the Restaurant during our opening hours.
  3. Telefònicament.

GIFT PROCEDURE

How do I make the payment?

Payments for the Gift Voucher will be made through online payment. At the end of the purchase, the user will receive an email with detailed information about the gift voucher, including its code, the number of guests, and the price.

Personal Data.

The personal data provided to us will be incorporated into our existing database in order to process the reservation and facilitate future bookings. Similarly, you can access your personal data and information about your reservations for modification or cancellation by contacting us at info@ditifetrestaurant.com. Please ensure that your personal data is provided accurately to avoid any confusion or issues.

Security of Personal Data.

The reservation process and payment (which includes your account information) are carried out through a secure server. The security program (SSL) encrypts all the information you enter before it is sent to us. Additionally, message transmissions are protected against unauthorized access by third parties.

Advance Payment for the Reservation.

Your reservation may require full payment only on specific days as determined by the restaurant for reservation management purposes.

Reservations that require a deposit and are made through online payment will receive an email with detailed information about the reservation, including its code, date and time, number of guests, total payment amount, and payment deadline. This email will provide you access to the payment system by clicking the (Card Payment Button). To complete the process, press the CONTINUE button at the end of the payment process.

Upon successful payment, the reservation will be confirmed and accepted by the restaurant, which will be communicated via email.

Right to modification, withdrawal and withdrawal period.

You may modify the date of the reservation based on the availability of the Restaurant for the new proposed day and time by the client, as well as the number of guests.

You have the right to withdraw from the reservation without any justification within a period of 10 days prior to the reserved date. This withdrawal guarantees a 100% refund of the amount paid when making the reservation.

In case of withdrawal within 9 days preceding the reserved date, the reservation payment will remain as a deposit at the restaurant, to be used within a maximum period of 60 days from the reserved date.

In the event of withdrawal by all or some of the guests in a reservation without prior notice, the payment made by these guests will not be eligible for a refund.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing via email: info@ditifetrestaurant.com, providing the withdrawal message along with your name, phone number, and reservation number.
